The information below shows you what’s included in your fee and what you can expect when you exhibit at the Summit.

Exhibitor Fee Structure

All exhibitors will receive a sign with their organization/company name for one skirted 6-foot table, two chairs and one wastebasket. Meals provided at the Summit are also included in the exhibitor fee. If you would like to include an item in the attendee tote bag, please see tote bag rates.

What is the Digital Health Hub?
Limited space available: An opportunity for innovators to share some of the newest digital healthcare technologies being offered to the patient population. Does your mobile health solution reduce the barrier of distance, improve patient care or help people manage their disease or side effects?

This is your opportunity to engage with hundreds of patients and get real time feedback from potential users. The Digital Health Hub will be in a dedicated, high traffic area of the Summit Hall.

Tote Bag Rates

Gain additional exposure by including an item in the tote bag we’ll give to each Summit attendee. You may include one item in each bag (upon approval from the YSC Summit planning team) at the following rates:
