Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 20 minutes from the conference hotel and Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) is approximately 50 minutes from the conference hotel (see Ground Transportation tab for more information).

There are several ways to get to the conference site from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB).

Airport Shuttles

Super Shuttle service is available starting at approximately $20 per person one-way and $36 roundtrip. You can make a reservation with Super Shuttle online. Mears also offers shuttle service from the airport starting at around $21 per person one-way and $33 roundtrip. Remember to reserve your space prior to travel.

Taxi Services

Taxi services are available to and from Orlando International Airport and Orlando Sanford International Airport. The Renaissance Orlando is approximately 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and one-way taxi fares are estimated to be $40. Orlando Sanford International Airport is approximately 50 minutes away, and one-way taxi fares are estimated to be about $110 from the airport to the Renaissance Orlando.

Ride-sharing Apps

Ride-sharing apps like Uber and Lyft are another great option for getting to/from the airport and the conference hotel. Use the fare estimators for Uber and Lyft to calculate the approximate cost of your trip.
